Background:

After interviewing several recruiting firms to help with expanding into new territories, a Florida-based medical center sought Tandym Health for assistance with hiring a significant quantity (50+) of bilingual healthcare providers, including Primary Care Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers.

This client had a large scale growth plan to more than double their number of office locations by expanding in Florida, while also breaking into new markets including New Jersey, Connecticut, and Texas. Without an internal recruiting team or brand recognition in new territories, they counted on Tandym Health as a one-stop-shop for all of their hiring needs.

TIME SENSITIVITY

With less than half of the necessary Primary Care Physician and Advanced Practice Provider positions filled shortly before the new locations were scheduled to open, the medical center needed a fast turn-around so that candidates could be interviewed and credentialed by the clinic open dates.

In the new territories, the client’s name was unknown to the public and to potential candidates.
